Greg Doench

Greg Doench is a Design Partner and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture.  He has experience in large scale institutional work in New York, Paris, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, global franchise design, and residential projects. His practice is focused on the process of making and building design from initial thought through construction and the innovation of concept brands for global clients.

Leslie Thomas

Leslie Thomas is the firm’s Managing Partner and a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture whose architectural experience includes institutional, commercial, and residential work in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. She is an Emmy award winning art director, the founder of ART WORKS Projects, and the co-founder of MIRA Studio and WORKSHOP/CoOp. Leslie is a proud board member of Congo Kids Initiative, a former board member of The Friends of the Schindler House, and leads LARC’s support of Witnesses to War: The Children of Syria. Leslie is based in Europe and supports LARC’s global growth.

JACLYN ROBBINS

Jaclyn Robbins is the firm’s Design Coordinator. A fine artist and graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a long practice in mural and canvas painting, she supports the complete design process and selection of finish materials. Jaclyn provides administrative support to our global clients and is responsible for the management tracking of LARC’s work.

Joanne Pandis

Joanne Pandis has worked with LARC for many years on a wide range of commercial and residential projects of various sizes. She has extensive experience in all phases of the design process from conceptual design through construction with a high-level of technical design. Joanne leads the implementation of branding design to individual locations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
